Before and After Microneedling

The different types of microneedling procedures we offer include:
Preventive Microneedling:
Prevent aging before it starts.
Preventive microneedling stimulates your skin’s natural collagen production to maintain firmness, smooth texture, and elasticity over time. Ideal for patients in their 20s and 30s, this treatment helps slow the development of fine lines, enlarged pores, and early sun damage — keeping your skin strong, resilient, and youthful.
Corrective Microneedling:
Restore smoother, healthier-looking skin.
Corrective microneedling targets existing concerns such as fine lines, acne scars, uneven texture, stretch marks, and sun damage. By creating controlled micro-injuries, the skin is stimulated to rebuild collagen and elastin, improving tone, firmness, and overall skin quality with minimal downtime.
Microneedling for Hyperpigmentation:
Targets pigmentation issues such as melasma, sun spots, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Microneedling for Acne Scars: Specifically formulated for improving acne scarring and blemishes.
What to Expect after a Microneedling treatment:
Expect mild redness and minimal swelling immediately after the procedure; this typically subsides within a few hours.
-
Microscopic peeling may occur over the first few days post-treatment, revealing smoother and more radiant skin underneath.
-
Some patients may experience minimal discomfort or tightness, which resolves within a few days.
-
The microneedling process promotes natural healing and rejuvenation of the skin from within.
How to Prepare for Microneedling:
-
Discontinue the use of exfoliating products, including retinoids and alpha hydroxy acids, at least one week before the treatment.
-
Ensure that the skin is free from any active infections or open wounds.
-
Avoid excessive sun exposure to minimize the risk of irritation before the procedure.
